ORDER OF EVENTS

 

4:30 pm Field Events 

LONG JUMP Cafeteria Style, 3 jumps each

TRIPLE JUMP Cafeteria Style, Follows long jump, 3 jumps each

HIGH JUMP Starting height 4’6” 

SHOT PUT F/S 1^st, followed by Varsity

POLE VAULT Starting height 7’0”

 

 

5:00 pm Track Events F/S scoring heat(s) 1^st, followed by Varsity scoring heat(s) 

All non-scoring heats will follow.

 

4 X 800m Relay

50m High Hurdles

50m Dash

800m Run

4 X 160m Relay

400m Dash

50m Low Hurdles

(10) 1600m Run

(11) 200m Dash

(12) 4 X 400m Relay

 

We will first run a scoring heat (fastest heat) for both F/S and Varsity, then run non-scoring heats until all athletes have run. The clerk will set up heats at the bullpen (behind the 50m dash start). All athletes in track/relay races must report to the bullpen prior to their race.
