We are pleased to host you and your team at our indoor facility. Our track is 160 meters per lap  (10 laps to mile) with eight lanes 42” wide on the straight and five lanes 42” wide on the curve.  The long jump board is 9 feet from the pit and the triple jump boards are 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, or 40  feet for the athletes to choose from. 

-        Results for the top 6 athletes / relays in each event will be recorded and published on athletic.net. This will allow us to score the meet and get some of the official results for the top athletes.

o   The remaining non scoring athletes will be scratched so the meet results can be considered official.

o   To be safe, all athletes should report their time to their coach.

Meet Rules

-        Unlimited entries after the people submitted on Athletic.net. Just have them show up to the start line.

-        In all events the first few heats will contain your fastest runners / relays. Please tell them so they are prepared.

-        All events will start at the meet start time and follow the order from the track records below. There will be no 3200 m run.  

-        Your athlete will get their time directly after their race. We ask that your team assign someone to record your athletes’ times.

 

  • No Spikes – Plastic Soled Shoes With Spikes Removed OK 

  • No Food Or Beverages (Except Water) In The Fieldhouse 

  • We ask that you provide two coaches to help run the field events
