In events where heats are to be held, the first heat will contain your fastest runner.  All other heats will be filled randomly until everyone has had their opportunity to compete.  We ask that your team assign someone to be responsible for your times in the event we do not have enough help.  We ask that you provide assistance with the field events especially in the area of the pole vault.
