LONG JUMP    Cafeteria Style, 3 jumps each
TRIPLE JUMP     Cafeteria Style, Follows long jump, 3 jumps each
HIGH JUMP         Starting height 4 feet 6 inches
SHOT PUT         Frosh 1st, followed by Soph
POLE VAULT     Starting height 7 feet

4:30 pm Prelims
    50 HH, 50 Dash, 50 LH (Entry limit 3 per school)

5:00 pm Track Events (Frosh scoring heat(s) 1st, followed by Soph scoring heat(s))
All non-scoring heats will follow.

Please Note: A total of 4 athletes per school will count toward scoring, 3 only in the HH, 50, and LH. We will run exhibition heats to accommodate all other entries.
