GENERAL: There is no need to bring starting blocks. Athletes should dress at home. The school building will not be open. This will be a hand timed meet with results being entered into Atheltic.net for the fastest heats only! (Not all athletes' times will be entered depending on what heat they are in) Results will be recorded for the fast heats and all field events.  Coaches will be responsible for recording any results outside of the fast heats.

 

CAMPS: All contestants will camp on the west side of the track, either in the bleachers or in the grassy areas by the shot put area.

 

FACILITY: The track is 400 meters with eight lanes on the straights and turns. ¼ inch spikes are recommended.
