Schedule: Coaches meeting at 8:45 AM in the bullpen on court 3. Time schedule for meet is an estimate. We will go on a rolling schedule and move ahead when possible.

Field Events - 9:00 AM start. Pits and throwing ring will be open for warm ups at 8:00 AM. All field events (starting flights) will be given an official first call beginning at 8:30 AM.
We highly encourage that all jumpers and vaulters go get their marks as soon as they arrive to the fieldhouse, as the area will be mostly clear before events start and will also allow for a more efficient warm up time between flights.

Long Jump - 3 jumps for each competitor, no finals. Jumpers will be put into flights. Top flight goes first.

Triple Jump - Warm ups begin after long jump. Athletes get 3 jumps. Top flight goes first.

Shot Put - Top flight goes last. 4 throws, no finals

We can discuss opening heights at coaches meeting if starting height needs to be adjusted- based on entries. Please note, our goal is to provide a high level and properly timed indoor meet for our competitors, both from teams and at-large entries.

Pole Vault - Top flight goes first. Anticipated opening height is 10 feet, goes straight to 11, then 6 inches from then on. Flight 2 will begin around 11:00 AM.

High Jump - Best Flight goes first. Anticipated opening height is 4’10”

Track Events - 10 AM start. Track is open 8:30-9:30 for warm ups. The back stretch will be open during the 60m dash and 60m hurdles.
