Event: CSL Cross Country Quad Meet hosted by Highland Park High School

Date: September 30th, 2025 

Location: Larry Fink Memorial Park (off of Clavey Road)

Schools: Highland Park, Maine East, Niles West, Maine West

Scoring: Scoring will be completed the old fashion way, by hand. Please instruct your runners to stay in order as they complete the race and they will be handed a place card. They will be funneled to a scoring table where we will record their finishing position.  Results will be tallied and emailed to all coaches later on in the evening.

Schedule: This is an estimated start time and will be adjusted if needed once all schools arrive.

Races will start as soon as the race before is completed.

4:45 PM – JV Girls and F/S Boys Combined (2 miles)

                  Varsity Girls (3 miles)

                  Varsity Boys (3 miles)

Parking:  Parking is very limited. Spectators are encouraged to carpool if possible.  Buses will need to park off-site after dropping off their teams. Buses can park at the strip malls on Skokie Blvd. (there is one before Lake Cook Rd. and one after) or at Red Oak School.  

Restrooms: There will be several porta-potties available close to the start finish area. There will also be one by the baseball field and there is a small building with 2 bathrooms next to the dog park. 

Team Camps: Visiting teams will be able to set up team games in the grassy area to the west of the baseball field. Buses can drop off there and then circle around by Deer Creek Racquet Club to exit and find parking. 

Course:  Course map  The course is located at Larry Fink Memorial Park in Highland Park. The course is a combination of grass and crushed limestone trail. There are two small portions of sidewalk by the baseball field. Runners are allowed to run on the grass directly next to these two portions of sidewalk and then return to the trail. A white line will direct runners when on the grass portions of the course. Flags will also be used throughout the course (Red-left, Yellow-right, Blue-straight).
