CSL North Boys Indoor Championships

Friday March 21st @ Niles West High School 4:45 p.m.
Competing Schools: Highland Park, Maine East, Maine West, Niles North, Niles West, & Vernon Hills
AWARDS:
On the Varsity level a plaque will be presented for the first place team. In individual events medals will be given for places 1-6. In relay events medals will be given for places 1-3.
On the Frosh-Soph level, ribbons will be given in individual events for places 1-6. In the relay events ribbons will be given for places 1-3. All awards are based on CSL guidelines.
TEAM SCORING:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 - All Events (6th place relays - 0 pts)
Scratches can be made up until 4:30 at the timing table
RESULTS:
All results will be live on Athletic.live and will be managed by PalatinePack Timing.
POLE VAULT CARDS:
It is the host schools responsibility to provide pole vault cards. These must be filled out and given to the lead official before the competition.
SHOT WEIGH-IN:
Weigh in will be located at the shot put ring, and should be completed by 4:30pm.
GAMES COMMITTEE:
The games committee will consist of the starter, and the six head coaches. Items of discussion will be addressed at the Head Coaches Meeting
ADMISSION:
Because this is a CSL event Admission will be $5.00.
Students with ID/Children 6+ $2.00. Children 5 years old and younger are free.

TEAM AREAS:
Teams are to set up their camps in the wrestling gym that is located just outside the fieldhouse. We would like to reserve bleachers inside the field house for spectators. Please ask your athletes to keep competition areas clear, we would like to provide space for coaches to coach and competitors to compete. Niles West is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
PRAYER AREA:
Students fasting for Ramadan are accommodated properly. We understand the importance of breaking the fast and performing prayers on time, so we will provide space for them on the turf in the weight room adjacent to the field house.
ATHLETIC TRAINERS & AED:
Two athletic trainers will be available in the center of the fieldhouse throughout the meet. The AED is mounted on the wall under the CSL banner at the start/finish line.
LOCKER ROOMS & BATHROOMS:
Locker rooms will not be available for visiting schools. All teams are to dress at your home school. Bathrooms are available.
VALUABLES:
Niles West High School will not be responsible for lost valuables. Each coach and school is asked to take care of their own valuables. The wrestling gym will not be supervised by security.
STARTING BLOCKS:
Starting blocks will be provided by Niles West. Visiting schools are allowed to bring their own blocks, but that school is responsible for their starting blocks during the competition.

All Races will be run F/S followed by Varsity. Events will begin immediately following the previous event.
