Course: The course is two or three, flat, 1-mile loops.  There are numerous turns, but the course will be very well marked.  The course does pass over an asphalt access road, so shorter spikes are recommended.   Here is the Course Map Link.

Awards: The top 10 finishers in each race will receive a t-shirt.

Warm-Ups / Warm-ups and cool-downs can be completed on the track, or athletes can use Cool-Downs: the path that extends south from high school.  We ask that athletes avoid running in the parking lot for safety reasons.

Hospitality: Coffee and bagels will be provided upon your arrival at the start / finish line located on the practice football field.

Drop Off / Athletes should be dropped off at the main entrance or east entrance of the Parking: stadium.  Buses should then park on the south side of the main building. Spectator parking is allowed in any spot on the north and west side of the main building.

Team Camps: Shade is at a premium, so a tent may be appropriate.  Teams can use the inside of the track / bleachers for their team camp.  There is a gate that opens from the track to the start area.

Spectators are available to be on campus at no charge.  We ask that all spectators be mindful of the runner's path.  Please stay out of the running area until all racers have finished the race.

Miscellaneous: There will be Athletic Trainers on site.  They will supply ice and treatment for the

athletes.  Ice / water  will also be provided at the end of each race for the athletes only.

Concessions will NOT be available for spectators.
