Timing will be provided by LT Timing.

Meet Schedule
The meet will start at 9:00 AM
Relay Events:
o 4X200m Relay
o 4X800m Relay
o 4X400m Relay
Athletic Trainer
A Trainer will be on hand to handle first aid and emergency situations during competition.
Facilities and Infield Restrictions
Clerks will be checking spike length prior to races. If an athlete is in violation of the 1/8" pyramid spike they will not be allowed to participate – NO EXCEPTIONS
No camps will be allowed to set-up on the in-field, non-competitors and fans MUST remain in the stands.
Admission
$4.00 for Adults | $3.00 for Students with an ID | Children 12 and under are free. Please pass this information on to the parents that may attend this meet.
Food & Drink
No food or drink, outside of water, is permitted in the fieldhouse.
Parking
Team busses should drop-off in the South Park Lot on the east side of Wolf Road. Busses should relocate to the North Lot after dropping off teams Busses are not allowed to park in the South Parking Lot.
Precautions
Please pay attention and respect the signage in the facility. Please be respectful of our staff and volunteers working the meet, they are here for your children to be able to compete. Please be aware of your surroundings, do not cross the track outside of the designated area.
Video Taping
All teams must videotape from the stands and not in the infield of the track. There are very few electrical outlets, so the use of battery packs is advisable.
Concessions
Will be provided by the Proviso West High School Booster Club
