Running Events: 5:00 p.m.

Teams: Evanston, Highland Park, Loyola Academy, William Howard Taft, New Trier

Seating: Limited bleacher seating is available as is standing along the railway. Camps may be set up in the infield.

Our track is an 8-lane all weather surface. Spikes cannot exceed a ¼” and must be pyramid. Jump/Vault areas are of the same surface and are located to the north and east of the Track Shot and discus are to the east of the track. Both are cement surfaces. Starting blocks will be provided. Please bring a pair if you prefer using your own We prefer chalk, sticks, or tennis balls for Marking 

Order of Events: (All Field Events Start at 4:30 p.m.)

Field Events:

High Jump and Pole Vault (Height Determined at Coaches Meeting)

Long Jump (Cafeteria Style with Time Limit for 4 Jumps)

Triple Jump (will follow directly after long, also Cafeteria with Time Limit for 4 Jumps)

Shot followed by Discus (4 Throws Each)

5:00 Running Events

• 4x800 meter relay

• 4x100 meter relay

• 3200 meter run

• 110 meter Hurdles

• 100 meter dash

• 800 meter run

• 4x200 meter relay

• 400 meter dash

• 300 meter hurdles

• 1600 meter run

• 200 meter dash

• 4x400 meter relay
