Vernon Hills, and Niles West

 

 

BULLPEN: An area will be designated for athletes to check in prior to their running events.  Due to limited space in our fieldhouse the bullpen will rotate to open areas during the meet.

SHOT PUT Throwing implements will be weighed starting at 3:45.  Weigh Ins will take place at the scoring table near the shot put area.

AWARDS: Awards for the first six place winners.. Team plaque for the 1st place team

 

SCORING: 10, 8,6,4,2, and 1 point

 

GENERAL There is no need to bring starting blocks. Athletes should dress at home, our locker rooms will not be available.  A concession stand will be available as well.

CAMPS: Team camps will be located in the Fieldhouse and adjacent Dance Studio.

 

FACILITY: 160 meter/ 6 lanes.  NO SPIKES ARE ALLOWED ON OUR SURFACE.

 

BUSSES: Please have your busses drop your team off at doors OO. (East side of building near the basketball “dome”).  Proceed through security to the fieldhouse.
