CSL Varsity & Sophomore Boys Track & Field Championships - 

Friday June 4th @ Vernon Hills High School

4:00 PM - COACHES MEETING - PRESS BOX

 

4:30 PM - FIELD EVENTS

Shot Put ● All participants get four (4) attempts, no finals. Varsity first to be followed by F/S.

Discus ● All participants get four (4) attempts, no finals. F/S first to be followed by Varsity.

High Jump ● Starting height determined at the coaches meeting. Varsity first to be followed by F/S.

Pole Vault ● Starting height determined at the coaches meeting. Varsity first to be followed by F/S.

Long Jump. ● All participants get four (4) attempts, no finals. Varsity first to be followed by F/S.

Triple Jump ● All participants get four (4) attempts, no finals. F/S first to be followed by Varsity.

Long Jump and Triple Jump will be run simultaneously with Varsity jumping with the wind, and F/S against the wind. Roll call for first event of the two, cafeteria style for the second event of the two.

 

FINALS - Will begin at 6:00 PM.

Presentation of Plaque to Boys’ Team Champion We will follow a rolling schedule with the understanding that if the meet is moving along too quickly and not allowing multi event athletes time to recover we can slow the meet down.
