FIRST BUS WILL BE LEAVING AT 2:45PM - ATHLETES COMPETING IN EARLIER EVENTS AT THIS MEET WILL BE EXCUSED FROM THEIR FINAL CLASS (9TH PERIOD). (COACHES WILL LET YOU KNOW WHO THAT APPLIES TO)!

A SECOND BUS WILL BE LEAVING AT 3:25PM FOR ATHLETES COMPETING IN LATER EVENTS AND THOSE TEAM MEMBERS THAT WANT TO ATTEND THE MEET AND SUPPORT THEIR TEAMMATES.

 

UW Parkside, Frank J. Petretti Field House

Take I-94 North

Go East on County Highway E for five miles

When you come to 30th Ave/Wood Road, turn North-this leads into the parking lot

There is parking at the Field House and down below the hill.

 

Admission: Adults $5, Students $2, Senior Citizens $1

 

The field house has limited seating, so spectators are welcome to bring their own chairs.

 Field Events begin at 5:00 pm (Triple Jump will follow Long Jump)

Shot Put (Four athletes per school, 20 minutes to warm-up, 40 minutes for
competition. Three throws) (First Flight Highland Park-5pm-6pm)
 
Long Jump (Three Athletes per school. Competition will begin promptly at 5:00
pm. No run through after 5:00 pm. Three attempts) 5pm-6:45pm
 
Triple Jump (Three Athletes per school. Run through from 6:45 pm to 7:15 pm. No
run through after 7:15 pm. Three attempts) 7:15-9:00pm
Will begin earlier if Long Jump concludes earlier.
 
 
Pole Vault 5:00pm (Four athletes per school) Number of vaulters will determine format
 
High Jump 5:00pm (Four athletes per school) Athletes in this event will have to wear flats!
 

(The following is an approximate time schedule.  The meet will stay ahead of schedule if possible.)

5:00 pm 4X800

5:30 pm 55 dash followed by 55 hurdles

6:15 pm 1600m

7:05 pm 4X200

7:30 pm 400m

7:50 pm 800m

8:10 pm 200m

8:30 pm 3200m

9:00 pm 4X400

If we are ahead of schedule, we will stay ahead of schedule. It will be the
athletes’ responsibility to report on time. We will not delay the meet by waiting
for athletes to report. We will put a heat on the track immediately after the
conclusion of the previous heat.
