CSL North Freshman Invitational Tuesday March 18th @ Niles West 5:00 p.m.
Competing Schools: Deerfield, Glenbrook North, Highland Park, Maine East, Maine West, Niles North, Welcome to the CSL North Freshman Invitational.
There will be five events that we will allow unlimited entries: 50 Meter Dash, 55 Low Hurdles, 1600 Meter Run, Long Jump, and Shot Put.
Team Trophy for 1st Place Medals 1-3 Ribbons 4-6
We will follow the timetable below and not run ahead.
5:00 Field Events Long Jump (4 jumps no finals) Unlimited Entries only two from each school may score
Triple Jump (4 jumps no finals)

Shot Put (4 throws no finals) Unlimited Entries only two from each school may score
5:15 3200 Meter Run
5:30 Preliminaries Unlimited entries in the 50 Meter Dash and 55 Low Hurdles. 1st two heats are scoring heats all other are exhibition. Coaches record time of exhibition heats no written record will be kept.

Fieldhouse Guidelines @ Niles West
The following rules and regulations must be adhered to in order to run a smooth and efficient track and field meet. We appreciate your help and we hope this is a very successful meet for you and your athletes.
Report all scratches to the head table prior to the start of the meet (including field event participants).
The meet will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. If your athletes don’t report on time, they will be scratched from the event.
The Field House will open at 4:15 p.m. Our facility is not user friendly. You will find yourself in cramped spaces. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please help each other out by sharing what little space we have. Thanks for your help in this area.
We will score the meet and have results ready for your school at the end of the meet. Please stay until the end of the meet to receive your awards and score sheets.
Although we have a Mondo track surface No Spikes are allowed on our track. Plastic bottoms will be detrimental to your athlete as they tend to slip on the mondo surface.
Space is very limited. Do not sit or make camps on the high jump or polevault pits. Coaches, please enforce this rule with your athletes. Tell your athletes to leave their valuables at home or with you.
There are no locker room facilities available.
No food, candy, gum, or soft drinks are allowed in the Field House.
Please help us keep the running track and field event areas a place of safety.
