All races will start on the half hour according to conference guidelines.

8:30 a.m. Open Girls (Unlimited) 2 miles

9:00 Freshman Boys (Unlimited) 2 miles

9:30 Varsity Girls (7 runners) 3 miles

10:00 Varsity Boys (7 runners) 3 miles

10:30 JV Girls (Unlimited) 3 miles

11:00 Sophomore Boys (Unlimited) 3 miles

11:30 Frosh/Soph Girls (Unlimited) 3 miles

12:00 JV Boys (Unlimited) 3 miles

Concessions/T-shirts:

The concession stand will be located in the football stadium. Long sleeve wicking t-shirts will also be sold on a first come first served basis for $20. The design is included in this packet.

Spikes: Due to the fact the finish will be on the track, athletes may NOT wear spikes any longer than ¼ inch. This will be strictly enforced. Athletes may wear 3/8" ONLY if the shoe has recessed spike openings.
